In an educational context, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is a formal agreement between two educational institutions or organizations that outlines their intent to collaborate in specific academic, research, or cultural areas. The main purpose of such protocols is to improve the quality of education and training as well as to contribute to the development of communities by enabling the sharing of knowledge, experience, and resources between institutions.
